This very affordable Self-Guided Program is tailored for the Student Athlete.  It may be used by Freshman through Senior High School Students.  (Note:  Seniors who have not started any college athletic planning may not benefit from allaspects of the program.)You will start with a web based career exploration and education planning system for students.  Powered by MCP, it is fun, easy to navigate and provides an organized system to help the student plan for their future.

• Self Assessment – Students begin by assessing their interests, values, skills and personality through a series of reliable and valid self assessment instruments.
• Career Exploration – Students research occupations that match their self assessments through a database of over 1200 careers.
• College Search – Students can then research 2 and 4 year colleges and universities which offer the majors needed to obtain their career.  The database includes information about tuition, location, athletics and activities, enrollment details and majors.

Your student will research possible majors, careers and colleges that offer those majors.  Using the college database in our CLCS Go-Team! Program, the student can begin to match college academics to college athletics

This package includes online access to the “Marketing Student Athletes To Receive College Scholarships” system.  You will learn:

• The 6 steps to Marketing the Student Athlete
• The Importance of Academics
• Understanding the  Financial Aid System
• Important Follow-Up Procedures including Registering with the NCAA Eligibility Center
• Questions to ask when visiting the college campus.
• Basic rules of the  NCAA & NAIA Governing Bodies

 You will also have access to downloadable Templates for Student Cover Letter, Student Resume, Coaches Update Report and Tracking System.

The price for the CLCS Go-Team! Program for one year is $197.  It can be renewed annually for the low price of $19.97.

College Admission Success (Self-Guided) – This affordable package contains everything you will need to identify colleges that are a fit for you and create a successful application for that college.You will start with a web based career exploration and education planning system for students.  Powered by MCP, it is fun, easy to navigate and provides an organized system to help the student plan for their future.

• Questions to ask when you are visiting the colleges.
• Preparing for the College Interview
• What to do if you are waitlisted, deferred or not accepted. 
• It also has valuable tools, such as creating a tracking calendars, vocabulary words and podcasts about various college issues.

Also included is additional information specific for each year of High School as well as tips and hints we have collected throughout the years. This self-guided program can be started anytime during the four years of High School. Freshman and Sophomores can benefit from the self assessment and career exploration. The college application modules are used exclusively during the students Junior and Senior Year. (Note: Freshman and Sophomores cannot access the College application modules, powered by Applywise until the start of their Junior Year in High School.)

The price of College Admission Success Self-Guided for one year is $397.  It can be renewed annually for the low price of $29.97.

This introductory package is suitable for students at any grade in High School.  Freshman and Sophomores may be focusing more on career research while Juniors and Seniors may spend additional time on College Selection.  This package includes two  Sessions with a Certified College Planning Specialist, either in person or via web meeting,  Depending on your grade, the goal is to create  a list of possible careers as well as colleges which are a fit for you academically, geographically, financially, socially etc.Included in the College Search Success package:We will start with a short orientation meeting to go over objectives, explain the Self-Assessment test, and get to know each other.  The Orientation meeting can be either in person,  over telephone or web.

• Session 1 – Self Assessment – You will begin by assessing your interests, values, skills and personality through a series of reliable and valid self assessment instruments.  You will then proceed to Career Exploration – You will research occupations that match your self- assessments through a database of over 1200 careers.
• Session 2 College Search – You can then research 2 and 4 year colleges and universities which offer the majors needed to obtain your career.  The database includes information about majors, location, athletics and activities, enrollment details and tuition/room & board. By the end of Session 2, you will have a large list of colleges.

The price of the College Search Success Package is $497.  (This package may be rolled into College Admission Success or College Admission Plus Success.)

We have a special package for our California students -– The University of California Application requires 2 essays and the Common Application also requires 2 essays (The Personal Statement and Activity Essay.) Typically the students can use one essay for both the UC essay and the Common Application essay so they are writing only three essays.)Each essay includes brainstorming with the student (in person, web or phone) plus 2 edits. (We brainstorm, they write, we edit, they write some more and we do a final edit)The cost of the California Student essay package is $650 to review the 3 essays of approximately 500 words each which are commonly needed by the UC schools & Common Application schools..We charge an additional $150 per essay for each supplemental essay needed for the Common Application. Many Common App schools will have one to two separate short essays.

This package is for HS Seniors only and is available after Sept 1 of your Senior Year.  We cover the application process in lightening speed!  The goal of this package is to create a complete application.  This package includes Six Sessions with a Certified College Planning Specialist, either in person or via web meeting.Included in this package:We will start with a short orientation meeting to go over objectives, give materials and get to know each other.  The Orientation meeting can be either in person, over the phone or  web.

• Sessions 1-2   Self-assessment, career exploration and college search.  What do you want to do with your life?  We will go over reach, target and safety schools.

• Session 3 – How to write your personal statement, essays and student resume.

• Session 4  - We will start the online applications and address topics relevant to your student..  Topics may include interview tips, questions to ask on college visits, letters of recommendation

• Session 5 – Review the completed applications before submission.

• Session 6 – You’ve been accepted or waitlisted or rejected.  What to do next?

The Price of the Senior Express Success Package is $1,297.

This package is for High School Freshman, Sophomores and Juniors only. The goal of this program is to assist the students through all aspects of the college search and admission process.  This package includes Ten  Sessions with a Certified College Planning Specialist either in person or via web meeting..  The order of the sessions may change depending on the individual student.Included in this package:We will start with a short orientation meeting to go over objectives, give materials and get to know each other.  The Orientation meeting can be either in person or via web.

• Sessions 1-2 Self-assessment, career exploration and college search.  What do you want to do with your life?  We will go over reach, target and safety schools.

• Session 3 – Positioning your student and building the student resume.  The importance of extra curricular activities.  Continue researching college

• Session 4 – Creating a standardized testing schedule for PSAT, SAT, ACT.   Continue researching colleges.

• Session 5 –How to get the most out of college visits.   How and when to apply.   Create your application timeline.  (Parents are encouraged to attend this session.)

• Session 6 – How to write personal statement and application essays.  What can the university learn about you that they can’t see in the rest of your application?

• Session 7 – Narrowing your list of colleges and starting the online applications. Who should you ask for letters of recommendation?

• Session 8 – Student specific topics.  Topics may include interview tips and preparation, other concerns you may have about your application.

• Session 9 – Review Final applications before submission.  We double check to make sure all questions have been answered, make sure there are no errors in the application.

• Session 10 – You’ve been accepted or waitlisted or rejected.  What to do next?

The price of the College Admissions Success Package is $1,997.

This package is our most comprehensive package.  It is identical to College Admission Success – the “Plus” is that it also includes our Essay Writing Success Package.  Included in this package are 3 Essays /  Personal Statement of approximately 500 words each and 2 shorter supplemental essay of 200 words or less -a total of five essays.Each essay includes brainstorming with the student (in person, web or phone) plus 2 edits. (We brainstorm, they write, we edit, they write some more and we do a final edit)   If your student needs more than 5 essays they are available at an additional fee.This package is for High School Freshman, Sophomores and Juniors only. This package is for Parents of High School Seniors.Mistakes on Financial Aid Forms can leave money on the table!We will start with a short Orientation Meeting – In Person, Phone, or Web to discuss goals and expectations of the program.We will review your current family financial situation:

• Guidance and review of the FAFSA Form (Free Application For Student Aid).
• Guidance and review of the CSS Profile Form (This Financial Aid form is required by some private colleges and universities.)  If Supplemental CSS Profile forms are required, there will be an additional charge for guidance and review– (free estimate)
• Review Award Letters and Financial Aid offers with you to help you determine which financial package is best for your family.

The price of Basic College Funding Success is $697.
